Expressive Writing

Work with Julie one-on-one or in a small group setting. Sessions begin with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and gain greater self-connection.

 

 Some of the topics we will explore:

~ Overcoming shame and guilt

~ Releasing barriers to intimacy

~ Connecting to and releasing

emotional pain

~ Understanding rage and expressing it in a safe environment

Outdoor Activities

Connecting with nature has terrific therapeutic benefits, and there is a remarkably powerful perspective change that occurs after physical activity.

Rather than sitting in an office, we will have our counseling sessions on a hiking trail or near the ocean, incorporating nature and athletic activities into our work together. 

Whether you choose to walk, hike, run, cycle or swim we can spend part of our time doing an athletic activity together and then complete the session with

expressive writing.
